Leading Philadelphia-Area Residential Property Management Firms Merge

The pioneer in condominium management, CAMCO operates in more than 130 communities

February 2017 | Havertown, PA – Two of the largest and fastest growing property management firms in the metropolitan Philadelphia market announced their merger.  CPM Property Management, a 10-year-old residential property management firm based in Southampton Bucks County has joined with Havertown’s CAMCO, the oldest and one of the largest property management firms in the region.

CAMCO’s CEO Kevin Brown will remain Managing Partner and CEO and Christopher Maus, founder of CPM Property Management, was named Managing Partner and President. With the addition of CPM, CAMCO will operate in more than 130 communities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey where it manages homeowner associations (HOA), condominium associations and adult communities.

The company manages some of the premier developments in the Philadelphia market including Society Hill Towers, Hopkinson House and the Barclay in Center City Philadelphia; Patriots Ridge in Doylestown; Yardley Corners in Bucks County; the Windermere in Blue Bell; Three Ponds Condominiums in Voorhees; and Bradford Square in West Chester.

       

 

CAMCO, now more than 41-years-old, was founded to provide property management services to homeowner and condominium associations.  Condos at the time were a new concept to the Philadelphia area.
