Focus areas will include:
- Vaccines – Do we require staff and/or contractors to be vaccinated?
- Amenities – Do we open our amenities or pools for 2021?
- Use and viability of liability waivers for the use of amenities.
- Owners requesting a refund for amenities not being available or owners that believe amenities should be closed and refunds should be issued.
- Liability of opening amenities – Is the association exposed for a lawsuit or is the Board exposed to a lawsuit directly?
