CAMCO is hosting a virtual Board Training event on Tuesday, June 8th at 6:00PM that will concentrate on Conflict Resolution. Many Associations and their Board/Council members are faced with conflicts on a daily basis. This session will help you to learn how to address conflict productively and come to a resolution for all parties involved.
Focus areas will include:
- Reviewing the Common Causes of HOA Disputes and Conflicts.
- Understanding How to Handle a Conflict
- Internal and Alternative Conflict Resolutions
In addition to the headline topic, we will always cover basics on governing documents, Board/Council roles and responsibilities, and CAMCO financial reporting. These training sessions will be relevant for all newly elected members, as well as any incumbent Board/Council members who are interested in learning more.
