CAMCO is hosting a virtual Board Training event on Tuesday, October 12th at 6:00PM that will concentrate on Reserve Studies and Capital Planning.
Focus areas will include:
- Components of a Reserve Study
- Benefits of Utilizing a Reserve Study and Capital Planning
- Helpful Tips for the Reserve Study Process
In addition to the headline topic, we will cover basics on Board member best practices and budgeting. These training sessions will be relevant for all newly elected members, as well as any incumbent Board/Council members who are interested in learning more.
