Ken and Dennis will lead an interactive discussion on Insurance Liability Matters for Community Associations.
Focus areas will include:
- Not all Directors and Officers Liability policies are created equal. What coverages should Boards consider?
- Third Party claims: What types of Liability Insurance should community association’s carry to protect themselves from Third Party claims?
- How to manage Liability exposure with risk transfer.
