Steeped in a rich tradition of longevity, experience and community, CAMCO is one of the country’s oldest community management firms. Founded in 1975, our forty-five years in the business have taught us that exceptional management is the key to successful communities.
Unlike typical property management organizations, CAMCO was specifically started to provide management services to condominium and homeowners associations. At the time, condominiums were a new concept to the Philadelphia area and were primarily managed by homeowner volunteers. CAMCO set the standard for professionalization and service in condominium management by providing its clients seasoned managers, customized financial services and detail driven administrative functions.
Being locally based with the scale and resources of a national management firm, CAMCO has been able to maintain its commitment to customer service, taking the headaches out of the day-to-day operations of running a homeowners association.
