CAMCO, Robert H. Wise Management Co., Inc. Announce Merger
April 2021 | Fort Washington, PA – Two of the largest and oldest property management firms in the metropolitan Philadelphia market announced their merger. Robert H. Wise Management Co., Inc, a 40-year-old residential property management firm based in Springfield, Delaware County has joined with Fort Washington’s CAMCO, the oldest and one of the largest property management firms in the region.
CAMCO’s President Christopher Maus will remain Managing Partner and President and Robert Wise, Sr., of Robert H. Wise Management, Co., Inc., was named Managing Director. With the addition of Robert H. Wise Management, CAMCO will operate in more than 275 communities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware where it manages homeowner associations (HOA), condominium associations (COA), cooperatives and active adult communities.
The Company manages some of the premier developments in the Philadelphia market including Society Hill Towers, Hopkinson House, Center City One and the Barclay in Center City Philadelphia; Patriots Ridge and Overlook at Carriage Hill in Doylestown; Yardley Corners in Bucks County; the Windermere in Blue Bell; Three Ponds Condominiums in Voorhees; and Bradford Square in West Chester.
CAMCO, now more than 45-years-old, was founded to provide property management services to homeowner and condominium associations. Condos at the time were a new concept to the Philadelphia area.
