October 2023 | Fort Washington, PA – Two property management firms in the metropolitan Philadelphia market announced their merger.  Castlebridge Management, a 15-year-old residential property management firm based in Paoli, Chester County has joined with Fort Washington’s CAMCO, the oldest and one of the largest property management firms in the region.

With the addition of Castlebridge Management, CAMCO will operate in more than 280 communities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware where it manages homeowner associations (HOA), condominium associations (COA), cooperatives and active adult communities.

The Company manages some of the premier developments in the Philadelphia market including Penn’s Landing Square, and the Barclay in Center City Philadelphia; Society Place at Newtown Grant in Bucks County; The Reserve at Creekside in Montgomery County; Exton Station in Chester County, and Holiday Village in Mount Laurel, NJ.

CAMCO, now 48-years-old, was founded to provide property management services to homeowners and condominium associations.  Condos at the time were a new concept to the Philadelphia area.
